The teapot does what it’s supposed to.....make tea. It does not fit together well. It is wobbly and the pot does not fit well over the teacup which makes carrying it on the saucer a challenge and I would not recommend doing it which defeats the whole purpose of the set.

I’m so disappointed with this purchase. The product quality is horrible. The teapot and cup are two completely different colors, the teapot doesn’t sit level, and my strainer basket arrived damaged. The sharp steel points of the weave didn’t get captured in the basket rim properly, so it’s falling apart and painful to try to pick up. The box accidentally got thrown away, or this would be going back immediately.

Mine came with a slight chip on the tea cup handle, other than that truly excellent condition. The saucer has rings the right size for the tea cup and the tea pot. 10 out of 10, would buy again.
