Low tech and quality. Couldn't get it to pair with phone.

This watch is horrible! Doesn't sync well, I get double notifications, the person I test called could not really hear me and I had to save my info more than once. DO NOT BUY!

Over all I'm happy with the watch. Sometimes the pedometer doesn't work properly but otherwise it is a great product.
