I’ve enjoyed dozens of different Extra Virgin Olive Oils from around the world – Sicily, Sardinia, Puglia, Tuscany, Calabria, Cyprus, France, Spain, Portugal, Palestine, California, Argentina, Chili, Peru, Mexico, Peloponnese, Kalamata, and Crete.For my taste – and health, the best Extra Virgin Olive Oils are Greek – from Kalamata, and Crete – and made from Koroneiki olives (an aromatic strong flavored olive, high in polyphenols) – the good stuff, that protects the body against oxidation and stress.This Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Crete (Gaea Region Sitia Extra Virgin Olive Oil) – is one of the best tasting oils – and one of the best prices around. At £12.00 a liter – it’s practically a steal.I’ve had other Extra Virgin Olive Oils five times this price – but they weren’t as good by a long shot. Get it. Try it. You’ll love it. You can also get it at Waitrose – but the same bottle costs more.

Since discovering this oil many years ago, I now would not use any other.

Very Good Quality Olive Oil
If you like a smooth fruity olive oil with no pepper finish then this is the one for you. Waitrose did sell it but don't anymore (Waitrose loss) and so had to buy on line. I think its good value for money
