Garment Bag Travel Large Leather Carry On Suit Bag with Strap for Business Hanging Suitcase Luggage Bags for Men Women (Grey)

My husband recently started serving in the LDS temple where he is required to wear a high-quality white suit, shirt and pants. I wanted to get him something that he could use to carry and protect these items to the temple and back home again. I looked at quite a few options but kept coming back to this one. I am so very glad I did. It is very well made with a very heavy-duty but nice-looking fabric. The zippers are high-quality as well. I've sewn for over 50 years and know a good, durable zipper when I use one! I laid out all his clothes then carefully placed them in this carrier. I liked that the strap that held the clothes in the middle was padded, which helped keep the clothes from creasing when folded. I took a heavy-duty wooden hanger with sturdy wire hook and wrapped a hand towel around the bottom and then folded the pants over it. Next, I put his long-sleeved shirt on the hanger. Finally, the suit coat went on the hanger over the shirt, carefully smoothing the wrinkles out as I went. Then I attached the padded strap to hold everything in place in the middle. I loved that I could lay everything out flat then fold the flaps over everything instead of trying to push the clothes into the corners of the ones that don't unzip all the way down. His tie and belt folded up safely in the pockets. It folded over easily and zipped up smoothly and didn't crush the suit. I let the hanger hook poke out of the top and enclosed it in with the handles when I snapped them together. This made it so easy for him to grab and go. It didn't add very much weight but made them so much easier to carry. My husband is 6'1" and wears a size 54 jacket and it fit in with no problem. I was most surprised to find that he was able to replace them the same way and get them home with very little wrinkles. Most of the wrinkles were the ones made by normal sitting and I will be able to use my fabric steamer to smooth them out. I'm so glad I won't have to iron them all every week. ;-) I was able to take them out and hang them up to keep aired out until next week. He decided to use a small bag to carry his shoes and water bottle in separately, but the shoes, socks and bottle could have easily fit in the front pockets or bottom of the carrier. I feel that this will definitely stand up to the weekly use for years to come. We are both very happy with this product.

Item arrived well packaged and protected. Look of the item is great with nice accents and quality. Feels sturdy with good hardware including zippers and straps. Nice assortments of pockets. Easy to pack, fold and carry. Great for overnight or across the country vacations, I’ve done both and the bag 💼 held up fine through JFK to Las Vegas and back being checked through. So far very pleased with the look, feel, function and quality of the product in this process range.

This works pretty well as a garment bag. It does hold several suits and shirts and has pockets. It has a decent laptop compartment with some room for pens or cables. It would for a carryon if you don't keep your toiletries in your carryon. You could also get an alternative thin smaller toiletries and it would be a terrific carryon. It holds men's clothing with just a middle fold and no intermediate folds like many suitcase garment compartments. Excellent value, it feels like a $200 bag while costing about $70. It is a bit thinner than I would like. I think I'm going to try a wheeled bag next. Also it could really use better hanger clasps. I could definitely see this filling the niche of a secondary suitcase especially for a car trip. I bought this bag primarily to let me know what I do or don't want in a $1300 carryon and it did the job. I had hoped it could be an alternative to a bag at that price and it didn't do the job. It does handle shoes, belt, underwear, laptop.... so the toiletries and clasp are the two main flaws.

I bought two of these to travel with for our nieces wedding. They are an excellent quality and fit all of our dress clothes without wrinkles. I’m talking full suit, full length form gown, and dress rehearsal clothing too, so much room for storage. We checked them at the airport and had no issue with zippers of handles. Great travel bag!

It has alot of compartments for storage,but were you hang your clothes, its doesn't secure them and at the bottom its open, and the clothes fall down.
