Well I’m writing my review based on Quality, Ease of Assembly, Durability (which I can only speculate for now) Looks, And Comfort. First off I want to say China finally got something right. Usually when you buy something that is made in China it is cheaply made. This chair I assure you is not. I paid $369 with free shipping and let me say I would’ve paid $600. My name is Eddie and I live in Scranton Pennsylvania. When I ordered this I was so skeptical. The reviews are so mixed you don’t know who to believe. If you’re going to buy a chair I highly recommend buying from the company I purchased it from which is called Newedge US. This company is incredible! The package was supposed to come in 7 days. I received the chair in 3 days after purchasing it!! Incredible! Not only was shipping amazing but the box was in great shape! The Newedge US really takes care of the items they sell! If you buy a Dxracer Chair, buy from Newedge US! As far as the chair goes.. all I can say is wow! Everything about it I love! The quality you will not find in any other brand. My nephew recently purchased one of those $119 chairs and it was junk, flimsy, and uncomfortable. The Dxracer is pure premium quality for the serious gamer. If you’re going to put some hours in, be comfortable and do it in this chair. Assembly was a breeze. Most things are snap on, I think I had to screw and unscrew 8 to ten screws with the Allen Key. That was it! Anybody with a functioning brain can do it! As for looks.. I love the looks but I took pictures so you can decide. I absolutely love it. The arms are fully adjustable Up Down Left and Right. The chair has a lot of power for when you want to raise it or lower it as well. The chair tilts All the Way Back! You can sleep on it if you wanted to and believe me you will be tempted! The lettering is stitched not like other brands! It’s is all around premium quality. The only thing I would be careful with is your size and weight. I’m 6’1 and $170 pounds. I have a skinny build and the chair hugs me perfectly. If you are a heavy person or wide this is not the chair for you. It has a really high back for us tall people as well and the pillows are comfortable so you get support where you need it. Most other brands come with hard pillows that feel like concrete. The Dxracer pillows are soft to Firm and perfectly supportive. All around I have zero complaints as for now. From the company Newedge US, to shipping, to the chair my whole experience was perfect. Thank you Dxracer and thank you Newedge US for making one happy customer! I will definitely purchase from both companies again! Don’t waste money on cheap junk! They last a week or two and break! Dxracer chairs are the future of gaming! There is only one chair in my eyes, I’d never buy anything but Dxracer. Thank you.

Have had this chair for 10 years now, and it's still going, only thing I had to replace was the piston assembly, it's a standard part. If it was still available I would buy again.

I bought this chair originally because I work from home and my office chair is not great for ergonomics. After trying the King-sized chair at a friend's house, I instantly knew the DXRacer was the chair I'd been looking for.Upon ordering it, I have no major complaints. The chair is very comfortable and adjustable, especially the reclining back. The seat cushion is awesome, enough so that I no longer need my memory-foam seat pad. I really enjoy the lumbar support and the neck pillow (neither of these are shown in the product photo). It's also a very heavy chair and is very solidly built.However, while the chair is quite great, Newedge US's customer support is super-astoundingly-awesome. My chair had a minor stitching issue on the back, and emailed Newedge about a fix. In under two hours, a support representative had replied, and after sending a couple of photos, they immediately worked with DXRacer to send out a brand new back to me.Furthermore, I've had an issue with the rollers making a loud clack when I roll. (It's loud enough that my wife complains from a few rooms away.) Newedge has worked with me for the past four months to resolve this issue. They are very kind, very patient, and awesome people to work with.I'd definitely recommend this chair to any gamers or anyone who works in a home office. More so, I'd recommend Newedge for their amazing customer service and representatives.EDIT (1.5 years later): I fixed the clacking rollers. All it took was some WD-40. Man I feel like an idiot. This chair is now 100% amazing.

SHIPPING: Terrible. As a former FedEx employee I know first hand how inefficient they are. My order was supposed to arrive on the 17th, but it arrived the next day instead. This wouldn't have been a problem, but they gave no notice other than a text that morning before i headed to work saying i'll need to be there to sign for it. So i got 1 day shipping for free? FedEx, get ya s*** together.But that aside, let's talk about the product.PRODUCT: Shipping gets 1 star reduction, the product is slightly uncomfortable but i have terribad posture. I have heard time and time again as you get used to it it gets more and more comfortable and your posture gets better. So I wont pay attention to that.The foam is very firm. I can see this lasting a long time before deflating.Putting it together was easy. I almost didn't need the instructions.The PU fake leather s*** seems very breathable but fragile. This is based purely on feel, i haven't ripped it and i don't plan on it.Lastly i'd like to say that i'm impressed with the rest of the materials. A lot of very heavy, very strong metal. Plastic plates to cover unsightly screws. Ergonomic design, the lean back feature feels like a car, I could see myself falling asleep in this chair.Overall I give this a 4/5 stars. 5 stars for the product, minus 1 for the shipping fiasco.Pros: Comfy, sturdy, HIGH QUALITY, great for your posture.Cons: PU seems easy to cut/rip at first feel. Little uncomfortable at first but you get used to it. The lack of actual attachment to some parts worries me but i trust DXracer knows what they're doing because this thing is very sturdy regardless. I really had to look for things to not like about this product, and the Pros definitely outweigh the cons compared to my old s*** chair. IT's a little pricey, but do yourself a favor and TREAT YOSELF.
