What a joke just basically a little peppermint smell with absolutely no benefit. Don’t waste your time or money. Put some Vicks vaporub under your nose and you’ll probably see more benefits 🙄

Been using it for over two weeks almost 3 every day couple times a day have not noticed any change in anything
