This Health and fitness smart ring have Wi-Fi feature of tracking your calories, heart rate, blood pressures and oxygen including your sleep habits in real time. The box contains all the items shows in the picture below. The seller was promptly sent this item in three days.CONSTRUCTION, MATERIALS & FEATURES:- This smart ring requires no application subscription and compatible with iOS or Android- The smart ring is made of hard stainless-steel casing on the outer ring and the epoxy resin casing cover a circuit board and sensors in the inside.- The width of the ring is about 1/4 in and about 1/16 in thick.- The ring has IP68 waterproof rating and a magnetic charging for efficient recharging lasting 3-5 days of use.- This smart ring can monitor your daily steps, distance traveled, and calories burned.- It can records exercise data across various sports and fitness activities- Smart ring can monitor 24/7 with advanced sensors monitoring real-time heart rate, blood oxygen and pressure- When wearing during sleep, it can track sleep patterns, including deep sleep, light sleep, REM and wake times- The ring can connect to Cellphone app via Bluetooth for Android and iOS.- The app provides a comprehensive dashboard to include all your fitness data and more.- The inner ringside has only the charging/power connection point to charge the device and to turn on power.OPERATIONS/CONTROL FUNCTIONS:- To turn on power of this ring, install the provided charging cable with the bead end touching the charging point of the inside ring while the adaptor applies power to the ring.- The user manual instruction is unclear with diagrams and quite hard to understand instructions to show user installing the ring to home Wi-Fi network and to my android/iPhone cp's.- The user manual has eight languages with each one has only 7 pages and the text quite small.- User has to create new account with the app for security log in and not for any external website.- Owner must wear the correct ring size to fitting snuggly in order for sensors to read data accurately.- Once the smart ring paired with your home network, use the Bluetooth to stay connect to your cellphone.- All of the fitness and activity data are kept in the app and were monitor in real-time automatically.- This smart ring is a great tool of monitoring one’s health and not intended to replace your physician’s adviceOVERALL IMPRESSION:- Overall, I really like the features and workability’s of this health monitor device. My most favorite quality of this smart ring is its accurate reading of my blood pressures. I am very impress with the workmanships of the ring and the cellphone app. I would strongly recommend this smart ring to everyone and would give this product a 5-star. Ive had this now for 2 weeks. I measured the finger I wanted it on, and it's a #10. When ring arrived as a #10 it was just too tight for that finger so I had to change fingers. The color is ok. It does what it says......sleep, steps, heart rate, bp, and O2 levels. It can look up to your phone for notifications on messages and calls, but I did not enable. I wish I could connect with my alarm clock and do a gentle wake up, but that does not seem to be a function and I would love that upgrade. It does randomly lose connection and I have to turn my Bluetooth on and off to reconnect. Battery lasts for about t days to a week....maybe. For the money, this works fine. I now have 3 apps for my weight loss journey ....one for steps, one for my digital scale, and one for logging food. Wish I had just one App for all that, but I'm sure that would require a big upgrade in money and product.

I like this ring for the step count, blood saturation, and heart rate, but for the Blood Pressure and Sleep functions, it is way off. The ring will say I slept 13 MINUTES whereas, my smart watch, as well as my SleepNumber Bed monitor will both say 8 + hours. Maybe my finger shrinks while I sleep or something and it just cannot read it, but it is consistently wrong, so I ignore that reading. As far as blood pressure goes, my normal is 120/70 and this thing has me at 138/80 area. I have a blood pressure monitor and know that the ring has it a little off. But, having said all that, for $30 bucks, the ring is good for just monitoring my steps, heartbeat, etc., both of which seem to be accurate. IF it were more expensive, I would be returning it though.

THE RING WILL NOT LOAD MY DATA AND IT WILL NOT CONNECT TO THE SOFTWARE TO ACQUIRE AND/OR STORE DATA.THE SMART RING IS NOT WORKING LIKE A SMART RING.I WANT A REFUND OR THE RING REPLACED WITHA NEW RING THAT WORKS WITH THE SOFTWARE.
