I just received this product today, and it came exactly as advertised. It is yet to be seen if it is beneficial, but the product itself is exactly as pictured and in great condition. The only thing I was disappointed in, which is miniscule, is that it didn't come with any pamphlet of how to use it in different ways, like some of the other reviews had shown. I took a screen shot of how to use it for each area, so that'll work! I am very happy with this purchase and I'm so glad I went with this one compared to the exact same item that costs way more.

I use this a lot and think the quality is very good. I put it in the refrigerator for a cooling affect. This is helping a lot with more defined jawline.

I love the jade stone and the weight of it. Easy to use and feels nice and refreshing if stored in the refrigerator.

Use this with your essential oil blend or cream blend. Be gentle and not in a rush for the best results.

I was devastated that I dropped and broke the one I had but this replacement is amazing. I love the case it came with along with the cleaning cloth. Easy to travel with and I definitely recommend this product.

This tool is sturdy and easy to use. The marbled Jade color is beautiful. I ended up ordering multiple for myself and also my mom. It gives a wonderful lymphatic drainage massage.
