This costs more than your two-slice toaster oven because it's worth much more. I bought it less than a month ago, but I haven't used the oven in my range since. It bakes. It air fries. It steams. It ferments foods. It can sanitize itself. Its water tank is easy to fill and you can see the whole tank. The controls are simple. It's well built. It'll fit a whole chicken, a twelve-inch pizza, or nine slices of bread for toast. They even include a vent extender in case the normal Stan exhaust would end up under an upper cabinet. Ever wanted to brown something in a cast iron then move it to the oven in the pan, but couldn't do that in your countertop oven? I've done it with an 11-inch everyday pan with handles on two sides in this thing.

The oven has a sleek, modern design with a large glass door and digital controls that look great on the countertop. It feels sturdy, and the handle stays cool during cooking. Heating is very fast and even which makes air frying efficient. Now it does baking, roasting so I can now say bye to my previous air fryer and toaster! (Almost microwave too) The digital dial and preset options make it very intuitive. The oven light that lets me check food without opening the door comparing to my previous air fryer 5/5 recommended

Qualiy workmanship. Steam function great to have. Air fry-adequate. Baking, the primary reason for my purchase of the multifunctional oven, was not good enough. Heat distribution not good because of the lack of heating elements at the bottom. Cakes and biscuits were dry from longer cooking times necessary for doneness at the bottom. Small bread tasks were great because of the proof function which uses steam with perfect temperature control. Still longer cooking times were required but the moisture made exceptional bread. Homemade pizzas, my favorite; results were dreadful. Pizza top charred and the bottom crust was not done after 45 minutes. I had to remove it and put slices into a cast iron skillet to get the bottom browned! That was the deal breaker. Sending it back. Truly a well made oven with new graphene heating (i think). A beautiful thing to see- only 1500 watts at work through the triple paned glass door. Very impressive door that seals tightly. Built to last I suppose but not in my kitchen. I wish that the bottom would heat better.

I wish this oven had been built with higher-grade stainless steel. I purchased it in May 2025 and have carefully cleaned and dried it after each use, following the manufacturer’s instructions. However, just four months later, rust developed inside the oven. Customer service responded promptly when I reached out, but their only explanation was that stainless steel can rust. At this price point, I expected better quality. The air-fry function is not as strong as other air fryers without the steamer feature, but I was willing to compromise on that because this machine offers so many functions. -------------------------------------------------------------- Update 10/7/2025 Customer Service reached out for further assistance to provide a replacement oven. They also said they will provide a return label so my current oven can be removed. I appreciate their prompt responses and their efforts to resolve this issue quickly. I hope the next new oven won't run into the rust issue because it really has some great functions!

I can't rave enough about it! This versatile countertop appliance has truly transformed our cooking experience. The sleek and modern design makes it a stylish addition to my kitchen. Bake/Air fry function not working after 6 months of use. I like the steam function as I do a lot of steaming. And I have to say it works very well as it has a large capacity and easy maintenance. However, after just 6 months of usage, I suddenly noticed the bake function is not working, as the wires are not heating up correctly. My food was not getting hot at all after 20 minutes air frying. The temperature stayed at 250F. So I’m not sure what I should do with it now.

I’ve been using a steam oven from another brand for a couple years, and finally decided it was time for an upgrade. This one really blew my old oven out of the park. First, it heats up incredibly fast. My old oven takes almost 5 minutes to steam up. This one is immediate. Food cooks through really quickly without getting soggy. It also dries really quickly, which was an issue with the old oven. One highlight of the oven is that it has a high temp steam option. Sometimes I like to steam leafy vegetables with oyster sauce for dinner, and the high temp steam ensures that it’s cooked to perfection without wilting. Overall it is very easy to clean - the interior is dries very quickly and when I accidentally spill something inside, a wipe is all that’s needed. One problem I had with my old oven was that it was constantly getting mineral deposits from the hard water in my tap, but this one has its own cleaning function which includes a descaling function so the stainless steel interior is still crystal clean. I love the massive glass door. A lot of combi ovens on the market has a darker glass door or a light that’s not bright enough, but you can see your food cooking very clearly. I love the fact that the steam vent reaches over to the front of the oven. This prevents the bottom of my kitchen cupboard from getting wet. Super thoughtful design that I appreciate. The multiple functions are great. A lot of combi ovens aren’t that great at the airfryer or convection oven function but good coming out of this oven comes out super crispy. I think that’s related to how quickly the oven heats up and dries so there’s no leftover moisture. I once put a leftover grilled cheese in it and used the air fryer function and the bread came out extremely crispy. Overall, I highly recommend this oven. While a lot of these multi-function cookers compromise on some of the functions, this oven actually works better than most single-function appliances for a great value. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who loves good food!
