I’m giving this pillow 4 stars because, aside from one issue, I have been quite satisfied with it. When it was new, it was comfortable enough and reasonably supportive. I purchased it in September 2025, but I actually used it very little over the past year. My only disappointment is that the filling compressed much faster than I expected. In fact, I had to use the extra bag of filling almost immediately after I received the pillow. Even with that additional filling, the pillow eventually became very soft and quite flat. I would really like this pillow to work for me in the long run because it is otherwise comfortable and supportive enough. If I could refill it, I would happily continue using it.
