The spinner rattles around in my black mug when it is empty, this doesn’t happen in my white mug when spun empty. Add a beverage and it is not a problem. Mixes hot chocolate from powder in a snap! It woks great though and has been used every day for over a month. I am buying a few more as Christmas gifts.

When I received my mug I loved it but after three weeks the stirrer stop working. My coworkers loved my mug so much they all ordered them one. I enjoyed using the stirrer while sitting at my desk at work! It really is a good item.

I’ve purchased several of these in the past year. By far this is the best one. All the other ones had the same two flaws which totaled the cups with a month or so. The lids all cracked within a couple weeks and no matter how careful I was, water got into the battery compartments. I have had zero issues with water getting into the battery area and the upgraded design on the lid has shown no signs of cracking. This is strictly a hand wash only item.

Outer shell is to fragile and broke at the handle after only 3 weeks. I only. handwashed this product and did not drop or handle it roughly. Best guess is that it maybe got pressed by other dishes in drying rack but notthing to heavy.

Made of cheap plastic which cracks with normal use. Should be a cheaper price for poor quality materials. Other than that, it works as advertised.

The design of this mug is superior to Other Self stirring mugs that have a motor-driven propeller through the bottom of the cup. Those are prone to leaks and difficult to clean. This one must be hand washed, but the interior liner of the cup is one solid piece and is leak proof. The switch is very cheap feeling. But seems to function fine. This mug came with a saying printed on the side, "you can do it-coffee". The saying was easily, cleanly, and completely removed with an alcohol swab.

Normally I would never buy something like this. I saw a YouTube video of this product being demonstrated. I immediately went to Amazon and bought one. I am happy with how it works. The cup is probably about 16 ounces. It mixes cream and sugar like a dream. I love it.

I received this from my son as a present. I like tea and used this for my tea. I like that it will stir the honey in my drink - just don't leave your teabag in because it will shred it. I do like this cup (hey I like gadgets), It looks good, works well and does a good job at mixing the water.

Bought this for my brother, who has lost his sight. He was making such a mess, stringing his tea. Initially, he liked the idea of a self-stirring cup, but he lost the magnetic capsule thing down the drain. It should come with a spare.
