I have been using this product since this past winter. I admit I was skeptical when I got it. I bought it because I loved the body conditioners from that L company that we all love so much, even though their prices are high. Said company has basically stopped making the body conditioners. They only have a few now. This Curel was supposed to be used on wet skin, so I thought it was a body conditioner, like the other company. It is and it isn’t. You put it on wet skin, but you don’t rinse it off. You simply dry, like normal. Hah! Sure, that’s going to work. Well, guess what? It does work. I have dry skin that gets even drier during the winter. My fingers will peel. The skin on my arms will be scaly. My shins and back itch. This took care of all the problems I was having! I can’t say the L products were working as well. Granted, this doesn’t have the pleasing smells of some of the other products. It also doesn’t have a bad smell. It has a gentle smell. Plus, it’s extremely effective at a quarter of the price of the other products. I haven’t totally quit using the other products. They have one that I really like. However, I use this product just as often or more often. I strongly recommend this product.

I’ll start by saying this is my first time using a wet lotion. I do love that I can lotion right after shaving while in the shower and towel dry right after. It does a good job of not leaving me itchy even if I don’t lotion after using it while dry. But I wouldn’t say it keeps my skin soft all day. I would still recommend using lotion after the shower for that but overall if I don’t feel like using lotion after the shower then I can use this and still feel moisturized.

I have an autoimmune disorder that causes my skin to frequently get inflamed and break out in a rash that relentlessly itches. I started using this lotion about a year ago and noticed a significant improvement in my skins texture and reductions in the frequency of flare ups within two weeks . A year later my flare-ups are down by 80 percent and the severity of the flare-ups I have has been reduced by 70 percent. This lotion is the best I've come across and although it is a little pricey it is well worth the cost.

I'm sure I've reviewed before but this is a must have in winter. Keeps the winter itching to minimum.

I buy this all the time because it works so well for eczema and for anyone who often skips lotion or doesn’t have time for the whole skincare routine it saves a lot of trouble to do this in the shower.
