Good for overall health after age 13+ girls. One recommendation is to make 1kg package jar instead of only 400 gm small packing.

My daughter liked the taste. Tried it once but the product doesn't give a value for money. It's expensive and lasts only for 12 days. As customer, you can't keep on ordering it lot of times
