I am putting down my list of pros and cons and there are honest reviews based on my personal experience with the product.PROS:- I like the 4D armrest, as it gives me the flexibility of placing my arms the way i want, especially when your task involves sitting on a chair for 3-4 hours continuously.- the Quality of the fabric and lumbar support is perfect so far, it gives good enough support to your back. also i have a habit of putting my legs up folded when i work, even with that it provides great support and ergonomics.- i haven't used the reclining much, but so far from my experience it is smooth and easy to adjust. This chair will support you for those long Office working hours.CONS:- I did struggle quite a bit during the assembling, so i would not claim it as easy to assemble, in fact it is quite difficult to assemble this product.- And lastly, so far from my use the only downside i feel is that when i move around sitting it sometimes makes squeaking sounds, kind of makes you feel like there is some lose connection.But overall i am giving it 4 starts because of its build quality and it does what it promises.

Got this chair 2 months ago and it was like buying into the worst product/support experience. I have lost my 22K ive spend on this chair. First they deliver a defective chair, very poor quality parts, sqeeqky sounds, non working wheels and loose threads, day by day each part will fail. And when i reached out to support , email no response and finally on call they are very good at giving assurances but no fixes. Support tells they will tell factory then technician will come and say they will tell factory and factory will send more broken parts. This cycle continues for months, even the technician was surprised when he visted , that this is still pending. Support team is 3rd party and they have no idea about the product or to take down simple messaging. No updates on part deliveries,they deliver random unwanted parts also, they are very good at assurances that everything will be solved. I’m left with a frankenstein chair that i’m giving away now. Sleep Company better fix the product and support. I’ve never had such a worst experience with any other product. The chair’s build qulaity is not even matching one that cost 3K.
