**Q: Are they good for flat feet ?**
A: Yes, that is why I use them. There are different levels. The green insoles have the highest arch - I use them in walking boots and wellingtons. The blue insoles have a slightly lower arch which I use in training shoes, and the black insoles are good in work shoes.

A: This is just 2 items, one left and one right. 
They are good, I have been using them for almost a year continuously,  although worn certainly not worn out.

After trying a dozen other brands this is the only one that remains stiff with use and is not too much more bulk than the factory insoles of your shoes. Be careful when selecting your size because this item is not returnable, unlike all other insoles on amazon. I have purchased 1 more pair, but if this product was a bit cheaper I would have replaced all my insoles with these.
