Filled a lot of water onto the base as instructed, and it started leaking from other air pumping holes. Finally, it looked like a giant jellyfish 🪼, not at all as described in the picture. Very heavy after filling with water, unable to move and not in shape. The PVC material seems good, but it is completely useless.

It has been used for only 2 days. After filling the base with water, it was cut off from the base, making it unusable. It's expensive for no reason.

As someone who enjoys boxing, Muay Thai, and general cardio workouts, I was looking for something that could withstand daily training, help me release stress, and fit in a limited space without needing to drill into the ceiling or hang a traditional heavy bag. This punching bag checks all the boxes. The height is ideal—standing at 71 inches, it's tall enough to practice full-body combinations, including high kicks, jabs, hooks, and knee strikes. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, it allows you to simulate real sparring sessions effectively. The outer PVC material is thick and durable, holding up well to repeated strikes without tearing or deflating. The texture is just right—soft enough not to hurt your hands or feet, but sturdy enough to give realistic resistance. One of the biggest advantages of this product is its stability. The base is large and solid, and once filled with water, sand, or a mix of both, it stays firmly planted—even during powerful kicks or rapid combinations. It doesn’t shift or wobble like other inflatable bags I’ve tried. If you want even more weight, I recommend filling the base with sand for maximum stability. The elasticity and rebound are impressive. After each hit, the bag springs back quickly into place, making it feel responsive and fun to work with. It adds a rhythm to your workouts that keeps you engaged and sweating. Whether you’re doing solo drills, cardio routines, or just want to blow off steam after work, this bag gets the job done. Another big plus is ease of use and portability. It inflates easily with the included pump and can be deflated and moved or stored away when not in use—perfect for apartments or shared spaces. Traditional heavy bags are bulky, hard to move, and usually require a dedicated area, but this one fits seamlessly into my home gym without taking over the space.

I regret buying this item. First of all, I expected this product to at least come with an air pump, because how else is the customer supposed to inflate the thing? I ended up having to use a hair blow dryer to fill it up, which was not easy because the air would come out so quickly before I was able to close the plastic seal. Secondly, filling the base was extremely challenging. Say I did have sand on hand to fill the bottom, the entry hole was very small. And I don’t have a hose, I live in an apartment complex, so I had to use the sink to fill the base with water, which took so freaking long because the base takes up 1/3 of the height of the bag. I gave up, maybe filled the base with 30% water because it took me 20 minutes to even fill it up to that amount. Honestly, the set up process had tired me out before I could even use the bag for punching. Once I did have it set up, with enough air from the blow dryer for it to stand, I added air to the base to give it more stability on top of the water. I understand that I was not prepared with the tools I needed and that heavily impacted the product, but the product could barely take my punches, and I’m not a professional boxer or anything. The bag fell over constantly. I’m honestly upset that I wasted nearly $60 on this product (including taxes and shipping).. I could’ve went to the EVERLAST website and gotten a bundle deal for this price or slightly more.. and I would’ve gotten better durability and support. I used this bag once, and I wish that I could return it to get my money back. If you have the tools and materials to properly inflate this thing, maybe you’ll have a better experience with it. But for me personally, it was a huge waste of money. I ended up just manually exercising after using this, since that helped me blow off steam more than this product did.

It's good and steady. But its huge. So be mindful.
