Switch Pro controller. We had drift on the left joystick but the right was fine so I just changed the one. I have a good solder iron (Weller) and a not so good manual vacuum solder sucker (princess auto). I was able to get most of the solder off with the sucker. Using a very small flat screw driver and a second pair of hands to run the iron over the pins, we slowly pried the joystick off. The main joystick body pops off and then you can pull on the two green carbon rings off with tweezers. Cleaned up the holes as best i could and the new joystick popped in. I had to go back and resolder a couple of pins as part of the joystick wasn't registering but after that it works beautifully. Calibrated and checked the push button under switch settings. Would give 5 stars but only installed today, so don't know longevity.
