So far so good! The taste is alright and the texture is okay ( not the best but it’s doable). Effectiveness is too soon to see but I have been having a regular cycle after starting which I did not have before. Easy to use just add them into morning and night routine. Great price especially if you buy the two pack. Gummies are not too big but do have a tendency to stick to each other creating a little mess when trying to take them.

Inositol was recommended by my gynecologist for PCOS and my research revealed that it also lowers cholesterol, potentially relieves mood disorders and aids in weight lost so I decided to try it but in gummy form. Honestly any of these will be of value to me. This brand offered a useful combination of supplements for me. I just started the first course and decided to take the first gummy one hour before breakfast and the second one hour before dinner because again research said that's the most effective. However, it put me right to sleep each time so I will definitely be changing that to night only if it continues over the next week. My only critique so far is that it was slightly melted but overall stayed intact and still had a good texture and nice flavor. I am hoping this helps me so I will update this post after two months. 2 Month Edit This definitely makes me fall asleep too early at night. Full dose now taken in the morning at least half hour before coffee/meal. I have lost 5 lbs with no change in diet or exercise and my mood has noticeably improved. Will update in two months again with lifestyle changes.

I have PCOS and my cycle has always been irregular. I can bleed for months to no having it for months. I have tried the weight loss shots it never helped me, I’ve tried birth control and that makes me feel sick. This stuff really works! I seen a change within a week. I was on my 2 month of bleeding heavy and gave this a shot and when day 4 came it stopped it and I feel normal all over. My energy is back, I’m not so angry 🤣, i feel better over all. I’m not a pill taker which is why I think birth control didnt help me so well. These are easy to take and swallow. I’m a texture person and these are as easy as it comes! Definitely recommend and give it a try with my PCOS family!

I am rating this a 3 star after my first dose. It does not smell or taste like the peach it claims it's supposed to taste like. Plus they were gooey. The price is fantastic, however, and I like that they're made with Stevia instead of artificial sweeteners. I'll come back, if I remember, and update on how I feel they work compared to what they say they're supposed to do.

I went without a period for 4 months due to having pcos. Doctors recommended birth control and spironolactone (which in my opinion is not good for women with pcos). I ended up doing my own research and found these Myo Inositol gummies. I’ve been taking them for about 3 days and my period is here again after being absent for 4 months. Highly recommend!!! <3

I really wanted to like these, but the plastic smell from the container is so unbearably strong that even instead of tasting the peach flavor, it tastes like I'm eating plastic as well. I didn't care for the other moo-inositol gummies I was using previously, but I didn't have to pinch my nose to be able to ingest them.
