I bought this bc of a Instagram reel promising fantastic tummy digestion if you put it on your navel at night. I have not seen any improvement. However, I do use it as a carrier oil for my night time essential oil routine. Works well.

I’ve bought it 4 times. Use it as the base for other essential oils. Had no smell of its own. Absorbs well and treats dry skin. However. The dropper on 2 didn’t work well as if it was getting air in it from somewhere. Otherwise it’s great.
