its been about a year since i had this, and it still retains its woody fragrance its quite nice. i usually use it to stretch out my back on the floor and it hits reaaaally good. Just place it on the floor and lay on it on your back. lower back or upperback, whichever feels better.

The Sookwang Korean Wooden Pillow is certainly not your typical “pillow”—it’s literally a piece of wood. The craftsmanship is impressive, and the quality is exceptional. This product feels like it could last multiple lifetimes. I purchased it to try for neck support and alignment issues. While it’s an interesting concept, I found it challenging to imagine using it for extended periods. It’s quite firm (as expected from wood!) and takes some serious getting used to. If you’re open to unconventional solutions and can adapt to the rigidity, it might work for you. However, it’s definitely not a cozy or traditional pillow substitute.
