Only packing is good. They added many unwanted Ayurveda items which can create problems in the stomach. Don't buy this item. Buy only pure isabgol husk, without any additions including synthetic flavor ot taste. Then it will be very healthy.

Don’t expect any results as advertised. It’s an average product. I hope their management focus more in quality than advertising the benefits of ayurveda. Their standard response is it takes time to adjust to your metabolism. Nice packaging
