So sharp I went to urgent care. This peeler is great quality, nice to look at, and sharp enough to glide through finger nails no problem. I love this thing even after I lost 2 finger tips to it. Treat it with the respect it deserves!

It's perfect, sharp and easy to hold and operate.

I got mine yesterday and was able to use it several times already..,peeling apples and potatoes. It is very sharp and makes peeling more fun and saves you more time. What I also like about this peeler is the little ear on the side. It is use to plucked those unwanted tiny holes in the potatoes. It is very easy to do, pressed it down and twist and it's out. It is quick and fun. Others have two ears on both sides but it is not as sharp so basically it is useless..,not this one. This fit perfectly and comfortably in my hand. If there is any peeler in the market today That I can recommend to all consumer today is definitely this one. One Thing that I am concern about is that I am not really so sure if this will not get rusty. I bought several products on amazon that says made in germany...,only it get rusty after a few months. I hope this one will not, only time will tell.

This peeler is incredible! The hand grip is designed for comfort and safety. The handle is wide enough to allow a firm grip and the cushioned coating provides comfort with the grip. It is simply designed so hopefully this will last for years. It's sturdy and well made. This is most definitely the sharpest blade I've ever encountered on a peeler. i am astounded by how much this super sharp blade makes the work of peeling. The peeler allows you to effortlessly slice the thinest layer of peeling you can imagine in the blink of an eye. You can be assured of no waste in using this tool. Highly, highly recommend this product!!

I would give this 4.5 stars. I'm still getting used to the handle vs my old favorite which fit better in my palm and the gouging tool isn't as good as my vintage one which was more like a little curved blade vs a loop. It's larger than my old one which I don't love but this one is exceptionally sharp and I think once I've gotten used to it I will be very satisfied. I like the handle being sheathed for comfort which many were not. When I first tried it I thought I had inverted it, the stroke was so effortless- but then saw the paper-thin peeling. It peels much thinner and easier than my old trusty. In some ways I'm not sure that's great since some peels I feel need to go a little deeper due to thicker skin or things like eyes and such, but I think I'm still adjusting to it on that part after years of my previous peeler. It operates so smoothly it's easy enough to hit a spot 2 or 3 times as needed and in many cases the thinner peeling is nice as you aren't forsaking more than necessary. I bought it at almost double the expense of others I looked at based on reviews, and I too would also recommend this as being worth the extra investment.

This peeler is much better than any peeler that I have used in the past. Pay attention when you are using this utensil! The blade is ever sharp. I keep it in a plastic sleeve. I would recommend to LURCH that they include some sort of a sleeve in which to store the peeler.

Blade is sharp and peels potatoes/carrots easily. It is also easy to clean. I got this style because my thumb was hurting. This design solved the problem.

Chi lo usa difficilmente potrà tornare indietro. Se ti piace cucinare è certamente un arnese che in cucina non può mancare. In molto ormai ci stiamo orientando ad una cucina più salutare e meno commerciale. Gli strumenti giusti a casa devono esserci però per rendere tutto più facile. Con questo piccolo arnese ci divertiamo a preparare le zuppe e i minestroni per noi e nostro figlio. In modo particolare per pelare patate, carote, zucchine, ma anche mele o pere è perfetto! Punti di forza: 1 - Ha una impugnature perfetta, che permette di lavorare con facilità i vari prodotti; non so come dire, sostanzialmente non essendo troppo grande permette di lavorare con precisione e velocità. Ho appositamente postato un video con una patata molto piccola per farvi vedere la maneggevolezza. 2- scorre velocemente, ma la lama lavora totalmente in sicurezza. 3- non arruginisce e va perfettamente in lavastoviglie. After having used this peeler recently, I have to say I was very impressed by it. It peels fruits and vegetables effortlessly, like a hot knife through butter. This is the most expensive peeler I've ever bought, but all the high positive reviews are well deserved. It's well designed, comfortable to hold, easy to use and well made, so it should give satisfactory usage for a long time to come. There are plenty of cheap alternatives, but if you want the Rolls Royce of vegetable peelers, this one is it. Highly recommended.

A la recherche d'un éplucheur de qualité, celui-ci fait parfaitement l'affaire. La prise en main est bonne. La lame coupe très bien et les épluchures s'évacuent bien. Nettoyage sans problèmes. Un peu cher, mais s'il dure autrant que certains le disent, ce ne sera vraiment pas un problème, d'autant que la lame ne rouillera pas.
