Great starter yoyo
This is a great plastic yoyo. It is made of ABS, which is somewhat unique for a yoyo material. It's a little heavy at 68 grams, but it has great spin time, power and stability due to the heavily weighted rims and is a huge upgrade from the K2 in those regards. It glows very brightly when using a black light. The case and strings it comes with are very nice. I did find mine to be quite slippy when using the unresponsive bearing, but that's just something I can adjust for. The yoyo is a great starter yoyo with the ability to change from responsive to unresponsive and is very durable and a very good value of a yoyo. It's also a great finger spin yoyo with the very concave catch areas and dimples. I'm a little disappointed with the width as a significant portion of the outer width is only for rim weight and doesn't count as trapeze width, which if more of the width was trapeze width, it would probably have a larger diameter, more power, and be more catchable. The ratio of trapeze width to total width takes a bit of getting used to coming from other yoyos in my collection.

Awesome yoyo
Awesome yoyo. I got the 2 pack which is a great deal. For a plastic yoyo this is a very refined throw. No wobble, minimum vibration, can’t feel from string. Silent bearing yet completely silent, the pad itself has a mild response that doesn’t feel rushed or jerky when using small gap setting. It plays light on the string, combining with the characteristics mentioned so far it feels far more sophisticated than its price suggest. One small drop of yomega thick lube is needed to play responsive in small gap setting. Otherwise small gap can be use to learn how to bind. The only thing I wish different is the KK does too good of a job keeping the string from the pads and the gap is big as usual so it kinda suck at whip binds. Regular bearing is better imo.

Great Yoyo
Wonderful yoyo for the price. Could have better strings but besides that functions great and is balanced really well. The case and accessories are a huge plus as well.

Nice beginner yoyo
Not my favorite yo-yo, but it's still pretty nice. Felt stable and I like the compact and wide form. The included accessories as well as both responsive and unresponsive bearings makes it a good choice for beginners that are moving past the more basic fixed axel yo-yos. The size and lightness also means you're less likely to get injured if you accidentally smack yourself. The strings are okay though there are better. Pretty much like every other included string these days. Same can be said for the bearing, and case. This on included a finger sleeve instead of a glove like all the other ones. Fingerspins were a little tougher for me due to the smaller diameter, but that's almost certainly a skill issue on my part.

My son loves it!
My son loves it! Comes with a nice case and multiple color strings to choose from. So far he is using it as is while learning and building on his skills but it definitely has more dynamic functions he can progress to. Great value for its price.

Honest reviews for regular people! First Impressions: The MAGICYOYO Crystal Yoyo K3 Aurora-p comes in a fairly generic box but inside the box holds a nice carry case with everything required to learn how to use a Yoyo at almost any age or skill level. The body of the Yoyo seems to have a good weight, and it's size would be better suited for a larger hand. Comes with lots of string and two different style spinning bearings to learn tricks at any skill level. The crystal green color is quite nice as well. MAGICYOYO Crystal Yoyo K3 Aurora-p has both responsive and unresponsive bearings which is designed for different "stall" tricks to be accomplished while the yoyo is spinning fully extended on its string. Responsive is for beginners and reacts easier to wrap the string back to the yoyo, where the unresponsive bearing is made to allow for more precision, to maintain the "stall" (keep Yoyo spinning), before snapping back into a wrapped position for more complex tricks. The manufacturers recommend starting with the responsive bearing before changing to the unresponsive to learn the basics. Pros: - Cool green crystal color and nice weight in your hand the MAGICYOYO Crystal Yoyo K3 Aurora-p truly suits what qualifies as a professional style Yoyo and it's build quality is evident upon first use. - The included responsive and unresponsive bearings are well made and silent when spinning, making the Yoyo feel like it's sitting still when extended down... Meanwhile, the Yoyo is spinning very fast! and the Yoyo can snap back up quickly to the user's hand, looking very cool to observers. - Having multiple strings and extra parts is an absolute MUST if you are going to learn how to use this Yoyo with long-term practice. The strings WILL wear and break overtime, and you want the length of string to be there to complete tricks and for fun... one suggestion is to wax your string by rubbing some candle wax or a crayon onto it lightly as this can help prolong its lifespan slightly. - The carry case is very cool to have and I'm glad the manufacturers thought to include that so you can take your MagicYoyo product and go anywhere without forgetting additional strings or parts. It's designed well to protect the Yoyo and has more than enough room to store added accessories within its netted internal pocket while zipped closed. Cons: - Some of the included strings I found to be quite frayed on the ends... This can be an issue as the string fibers can unravel fairly easily. My suggestion to wax the strings could be something done by the manufacturer or suggested on the box or instructions included to help keep the strings together longer-term. - The generic packaging doesn't represent the quality of the product inside. It would be nice to see a better quality box, or simply don't include a box because, the carry case itself acts as the box (the case just needs printed labeling on the bottom for product inventory and point of sale). This would also lessen the product packaging expense and recycle needs. Final thoughts: Nostalgia to the max! It's been 20 years since I've played with a similar style professional Yoyo and I will love sharing this toy with my children, as it's fun, promotes coordination and creativity, and is a skill based type of toy that, quite frankly, can be very cool to watch when someone is good at the skill! Highly recommend the MAGICYOYO Crystal Yoyo K3 Aurora-p and other color varieties of this Yoyo to anyone from beginners to the professional Yoyo-ers out there! Thank you for reading my review!

My general yoyo experience: I've played with yoyos as a kid (I was never any good at it then), and now I am coming back to it. I would say recently I've done about a combined 4 to 5 months of practice in the past 2 years or so. During this period I have only owned the Luftverk Plastic Fulvia . A 30~40 CAD yoyo (which you can also get off amazon) designed in Canada, so I will make comparisons to that since it is the only other yoyo I have played around with recently. Pros over Fulvia: + Comes with a lot more than the Fulvia at a lower price + Is wider, so easier to catch on a string in theory. + Is much much more quiet (although I suspect this is because I haven't cleaned the Fulvia's bearing in more than 2 years) + Is less angular, so it hurts noticeably less than the Fulvia to return to your hand (I think the shape is more of a preference though in general) + Has a dimple in the middle, so easier to do finger spin tricks with like dna (allegedly, I am not good enough to do that yet). + Smaller radius so it would fit more comfortably in a child's hand. + Almost half the cost as Fulvia General Pros (on par with Fulvia): + Is very well tuned and vibing is user error. + Spins for a decently long time (I measeured 2 minute sleep but I don't think that's the max) + 2 bearings mean 2 playing styles and tricks that are not possible with only one or the other. + A lot more information given to the user so it is a lot more beginner friendly. Cons (with respect to Fulvia): - While it comes with 11 strings, the strings are precut, so you can't size them, and I remember the Fulvia string being nicer, but I can't be sure now. - (more of a nitpick) The finish on the plastic is worse. When rubbing my fingers on the edges of both, the edges on this yoyo are sharper than those of the Fulvia. So they clearly cut costs in the process. Aside from that, and the fact that I can't comment much on the longevity, this is a great buy, especially at the price. If you are considering yoyos in this price range, I would be inclined to get this yoyo or similar. I think a worthwhile jump in quality would require a much more expensive yoyo (at least if the Fulvia is anything to go off of).
