It takes 20 minutes to warm, good products, only lid issue, make sure it will close properly

The wire is loose due to which the electric connection is irregular. Heating is good.

Pathetic product and service! Within just six months, it completely stopped working — wires burnt, plugs giving off a foul smell, and absolutely zero warranty support. Total waste of money. If you buy it this winter, be ready to purchase it again by the next winter.

I received the product in a wet condition as it had been raining continuously for the last 10 hours.Both the outer and inner boxes were 70% wet. When I tried to use the product, even after plugging it in for 10 minutes, it didn’t heat properly.After drying it with a cloth and making several attempts, it eventually started working.I really need this and don't want to return.I am not blaming the delivery partner at all, as he was fully soaked when he arrived.However, the product should be properly covered in a polybag or something similar to protect it from the rain, especially since it is an electrical item.I appreciate Amazon's customer service team for helping me resolve the issue.
