We ordered these umbrellas to take with us to Amsterdam and cruise that we would be taking to the British Isles. Everyone told us to expect lots of rain, we got none. Which is fine- actually very awesome. We ordered two umbrellas, one of the umbrellas when we took it out of the protective sleeve. The end cap fell off. Let me back up to tell you that the umbrella comes with a letter from the company, promising a replacement if anything should go wrong along with an explanation as to why the company developed this ☔️ umbrella. As soon as I contacted the company regarding the piece that came off of the umbrella, they responded to me. All I had to do was send them the picture of the umbrella and my order information from Amazon. I got a new one in the mail in just a matter of days. This umbrella is top quality, but most of all the company is owned by someone who truly cares about the customer.

Living in the sunshine state Florida the rainy season is at least a 3-month event. It may not rain every day, but when it does tropical rain 1 raindrop is like a bucket of rain. It is unpredictable. 1 minute the sun is shining the next is a downpour. Unless you stay inside for 3 months no way to avoid getting caught in many tropical rains each season. Must have is an umbrella which has a button for open and close. Has to be inverted so the rain goes inside the umbrella when it closes. Inverted umbrellas, you can open it while you are in the car. Getting back in the car, you can get in the car, close the umbrella. Game changer when you close it water does not go all over the inside of your car. This size is perfect for your purse, backpack etc. Lugging around a full-size umbrella is not for me. I was so pleased when I opened it how large it is. Rain goes sidewards so small umbrellas are useless. Closing it was so easy. Added touch was a note from the founder. I am sure this umbrella will get me through the upcoming rainy season and a few more to come.

I'm a golf umbrella kind of person, but wanted a smaller/more compact one that I could throw in a backpack for a long walk in case I run into some rain. This umbrella is just right for that purpose. I love the button that automatically opens AND closes the umbrella........helps protect my thumb from getting pinched, so A+ on ease of use. I've only used it a couple of times, and so far it's holding up.

Perfect design for dog lovers. Size is great. However too heavy for a travel umbrella and very harsh open and close. Not good for seniors, great for young people with strength in their hands.

Compact so easy to travel with. I had tucked away in my jacket pocket. Open and closes easily even with a little wind. Have only used it a couple times so don't know how well it'll hold up in the long term but so far a great purchase for the money.

Execelente calidad, es bastante resistente. Compré tres, y decidí comprarlas porque ya había comprado otras marcas y se dañaron muy pronto, pero ahora sé que fué una buena decisión, porque éstas son más resistents, además son súper bonitos los diseños y puedes usarla tanto en la lluvia como en el sol.

This is THE BEST UMBRELLA I HAVE EVER OWNED!!!! I kept researching and thinking about what to do because I don't think I should umbrellas. But this is awesome! It's pretty. It's a nice size. It seems very strong. At first it wouldn't open or shut all the way right but after about the the fourth time, it was a charm and I think it just had to lubricate the stuff inside. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I'm getting one for my son. I definitely recommend!
