I’ve been buying this product with regularity for nearly four years. When I stop to think about how long it’s been, I almost can’t believe it. There is nothing in my life I’ve taken with this same level of regularity and commitment, but here’s why this product has stuck around as a tried and true for me: A few years back I began investing seriously in my oral health (You can see this in previous reviews I left for other products years ago). I had a few gum areas in the “3”s and absolutely panicked. This led me to trying green tea, coconut oil pulling, water flossing, manual flossing, etc. In the end, I discovered silica. You’ll notice in others’ reviews that they commented on the experience of fractures healing more quickly, whiter teeth, a reduction in pain. For me, I can’t comment on the pain, but I have real, tangible proof from scans taken before and after that my bone density increased after routinely taking this product. Additionally, my teeth appear naturally whitened and I have had dental professionals comment on this as well, as recently as my checkup last month. On the oral health: whether this helped my gums I cannot say, but I committed to flossing every single day since 2021 and have stayed true to course. My gums recovered from their “3” status and this is no longer a concern on my radar. On the superficial: I do not believe anything can prevent aging, but I do sometimes wonder if this doesn’t help slow down the process. My nails and hair continue to grow quickly, my skin feels hydrated and bright, and while friends in my bracket have begun remarking on minor joint pain, I have thus far avoided these problems. I wish the world wasn’t filled with MLMs, snake oil pitches, etc, and that I could more easily and compellingly share with my now jaded family and friends just how remarkable this product has been for me. If you’re on the fence, consider purchasing a smaller size and see for yourself how real the results are. Some boring tidbits on how I take it: When I first began purchasing, this product was under their old logo and the instructions advised to take up to three doses a day for the first two weeks and 1-3x daily afterward as needed. The new bottle no longer advises more than 1x, but I started out back then and with the 3x/day dosage. I now take 1x in the morning and each bottle lasts me about a month.

I started taking this about 3 weeks ago and I am starting to see changes in my hair, and my joints. I am a 58 year old and in menopause. My hair had been looking dull, and was thinning, no shine. The hair that is at my roots, is starting to feel thicker, feels softer, silkier, and the over all appearance is healthier. Years ago, I was taking a silica supplement but it wasn’t as good as this one. The taste is next to nothing and Is easily tolerated. I also bought the green label, plant based silica in a spray bottle that I keep in the fridge, I spray that on my scalp and hair as a leave in conditioner, and I feel it is also helping. I will continue to use both of these products because I am very pleased with the ways they are helping me.

I have been using this for 3 weeks after breaking my back and having surgery. It has helped the healing process tremendously! I already ordered a second bottle and will continue to take it for degenerative disc disease. My husband is also taking it with not much to report as of yet.

I added this supplement to my routine to support joint comfort and recovery. The liquid was easy to take and had a mild taste. I took it first thing in the morning and noticed that I was not as sore after my workouts. The bottle was easy to measure from and the dosage was simple to follow. I liked that the formula was plant based.

My husband and I went through a bottle of the Regular Orgono Silica and really liked the improvements it seemed to make. So when we saw the one with Orgono Sports Recovery with Glycine we thought we would give it a try. My husband said he feels that it really helped even more with the stiffness that he feels in his knees. I personally am still seeing stronger nails and my skin looks a little smoother. However, I personally am not a fan of the flavour of this one with Glycine. The Regular one just tasted like Osmosis water but this has that amino acid tartness that takes some getting used to. Other than the flavour I highly recommend it. And as others said you have to be reasonable. It helps if you stick with it but don't expect miracles over night.

I am an avid gym rat! I was beginning to feel some unusual knee pain that wouldn't go away. I wasn't sure why b/c i take msm sulfur, C, curcummin, collagen by great lakes, you name it I take it. So i read about silica how you can become deficient as you get older it was a matter of me finding the right one. I definitely wanted liquid form. I purchased another one prior to this my body wasn't absorbing it so i read about this one and how some professional athletes recovered from injuries. Long and behold within a week i noticed less still could not do legs like i wanted to so i maintain my patience b/c i knew it was working well 3 weeks in i was able to do some lite leg presses and walk the stairs with minimal pain..I will definitely continue this brand. Yes it is expensive but dammit it's worth it!

I have gone to my hot Yoga class many times without using this and many time with using this... Long story short, when I use I have a noticeable increase in flexibility. I take a swig just before I leave home only to be shocked each and every time because I can notice the difference. In all my research I don't recall reading anything to lead me to believe it can do that, but it does. I love it.
