Actually it was so tight around my lower leg, felt like it was cutting off my circulation. I had to make a small cut which then the brace wasn’t stable. Maybe I should have purchased a larger size but I was going by the fitting chart.

I got this brace to help with a sudden collapsed arch. This brace is comfortable, stretchy and provides arch support while allowing mobility. It's not bulky and can be worn with open-toe and closed shoes. The sock is snug even though my feet are already on the narrow side, so keep that in mind. It fits both Right and Left foot. Order includes ONE sock. Overall, this is a good purchase. A little background: started PT for weak muscles on my lower back as a result of herniated discs and lumbar arthritis. The stretches irritated a nerve and I ended up with excruciating nerve pain, drop foot, which led to a painful collapsed foot arch, and a limp. I lost trust in the treatment. This brace helps support my arch, especially when the pain comes back after 10 minutes of walking; it doesn't completely go away, but makes a huge difference.
