Stroller
The media could not be loaded. This is a great stroller. With that said, good strollers are specific to your family’s needs. This stroller looks very nice. This isn’t that important to me, but for those who care, it’s pretty sleek. The stroller has so many configurations which is helpful. It comes with one seat and a basket and you can purchase other pieces for more configurations and using it as a double stroller. This particular version has the electric assist. I absolutely love it. Now, is this something I need? No. Is this even something I would use each time I took it out? No. But we live where there is elevated terrain and regularly visit the Cheyenne mountain zoo (on a mountain) and it’s a game changer. I personally prefer the little “workout” from going to this zoo, however, my parents do not. They are now able to take my kids without our assistance and use a stroller. It’s a game changer. Now, on flat ground, I wouldn’t recommend using it. I found out after the fact, the manufacturer also doesn’t recommend it on flat ground. There’s a reason. We also utilize the rocking feature for our Velcro baby. It’s pretty jerky, but he seems to like it. We actually use the stroller in the house for this feature just as much as we use it outside. The battery life isn’t that great. But, so far, we’ve been able to use it on just one charge each time. Just make sure you start with a full charge.Assembly is pretty easy, but the instructions aren’t very good. I strongly recommend using videos online. The hardest part was setting up the basket.

bad customer service experience
customer service of the seller is not good, the item has some folding issues, and the seller does not take any responsibility and tries to send me to Cybex warranty (I'm not getting paid to do what the seller has to do)

Great Build, Tons of Configurations—Still Waiting on e-Assist Support
Value Rating: 3.5/5 starsThis is clearly a high-end stroller with a lot of thoughtful features and flexibility. At $1,200, the value really depends on whether the e-assist functions properly—and in my case, it didn’t (yet), so I’m holding back on a full 5-star rating until that’s resolved.Specifications:• Color: Stone Grey, Silver Frame• Materials: 100% Polyester fabric, Aluminum frame• Age Range: Infant and up• Max Carrying Capacity: 55 lbs combined (main + shopping basket)• One-pull safety harness• Modular system with 20+ configuration options• Folds compactly for storage• Electric assist for inclines + Rocking Mode• Compatible with Cybex car seats and accessoriesKey Points:This stroller is beautiful, very solidly built, and feels like it could grow with your family for years. There are more configuration options than I’ll ever need, but it’s nice knowing it’s that flexible. I especially appreciate the generous canopy and the easy one-pull harness.Assembly wasn’t bad once I scanned the QR code and found the YouTube video. Without that video, I would’ve been completely lost. As for the e-assist, I couldn’t get it to function—and unfortunately, customer service never got back to me. If I can get that working, I’ll absolutely bump up the rating because that’s one of the standout features of this stroller.Final Thoughts:Overall, this is a premium stroller that does deliver on build quality and versatility. I just wish the tech features were more intuitive—or that Cybex had better support. For now, it’s still a great product… just not quite the 5-star experience I hoped for at this price point.

Great Alternative to Uppababy
I have an Uppababy Vista V2 and I think both strollers are great double strollers for different uses. Similar to a car, what works for you family may be different from what works for another family. The short version - if you plan to use this somewhere with moderate terrain and some hills, this Cybex is a great fit and the electric component is incredibly helpful. That said, here’s my take:First of all, the battery. Cyber claims it will go 5 to 28 miles on a charge, depending on your terrain/hills and usage. That seems like a wide range but also makes complete sense when you think about how batteries work. Of course if you’re full throttle the whole time on hills, it’s going to consume more battery than intermittent use on flat terrain.Getting everything assembled from the box was a breeze. Definitely watch some videos for how to adjust the seat, harness (hint - it’s exactly like a car seat), handlebar, etc.The electric assist is beautiful; quite fast if you’re on flat ground. The rocking feature is more of a jolt and my 11 month old was absolutely not a fan. No problem for us though because I didn’t plan to use that feature.I think the fabric of the Uppababy feels more luxurious but this one is still a nice feel.Maneuvering it is slightly more difficult than the Uppababy. I can usually manage to push and street the Vista with 1 hand and while it’s not impossible to do with the Cybex, it is noticeably harder.I really want to mention - we LOVE our skateboard that pops on the back of our Uppababy Vista and use it everyday. The Cybex specifically says that you cannot attach any kind of skateboard to the back, which is a huge disappointment for us. I’m assuming it has to do with the battery. So if you’re thinking this stroller will work with 3 kids with a skateboard, it’s not going to be a good fit.

Battery Longevity
The battery must be junk if there’s no information on how long it lasts on each setting.

High-Tech Parenting
This single-to-double stroller is a game-changer with its smart electric assist, making uphill walks or long outings effortless. The 20+ configurations adapt from bassinet to toddler seat (and even doubles!), while the rocking mode soothes fussy babies. The stone grey/silver frame looks sleek, and the compact fold fits in trunks—though the tech features add some weight. A premium pick for urban parents who want versatility + innovation.
