I never review supplements mostly because I take them and hope they’re actually doing something useful. However, this supplement is the real deal. I bought it because it’s supposed to be good for overall health but the main benefit I noticed immediately is that I sleep SO WELL. If I wake up in the middle of the night I immediately fall back asleep. This hasn’t been the case for me since, well, I have no idea how long. Usually I toss and turn for hours after waking up in the wee hours and might get to sleep again before my alarm goes off. Not since taking this supplement, I feel like my teenage boys; like I can sleep soundly all night. After only 2 nights I’m a believer! I’ll be subscribing to this for sure.

A good product

I absolutely rarely write reviews! Since I ran out of this I was telling my husband- I just don’t feel like I have energy! I realized what changed is I ran out of my NAD+!!! I put this on autoship! It gave me a surge of energy and at the end of the day better sleep! I feel like my skin and hair is better too!

Been taking this for just a week but already notice the difference in positive way. More energy, focus and sleeping more soundly. Will definitely be reordering

So these do help some. My energy is more consistent but they do not change the world or anything like that.
