I’ve been using the Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream for around 1 year now and it has officially become my "holy grail" moisturizer. It targets post-acne marks and redness in a way few other creams do. ​The Highlights (Pros & Cons) ​Pro: Incredible Soothing: The combination of Panthenol, Centella Asiatica, and Resveratrol calms active redness almost overnight. ​Pro: Perfect Texture: It’s a lightweight gel-cream that sinks in instantly. No sticky residue or "heavy" feeling. ​Pro: Layering: It plays beautifully under SPF and makeup—no pilling at all. ​Con: The Scent: It has a very faint medical/herbal scent. It dissipates quickly, but worth noting for those extremely sensitive to smell. ​Con: Packaging: The tube is sleek, but it’s easy to squeeze out a little too much product if you aren't careful. ​Performance & Real-World Use ​Hydration: Despite being lightweight, it feels deeply hydrating. I use it both morning and night. ​Blemish Control: Since starting this, I’ve noticed my "angry" cystic spots flatten much faster, and the dark marks (PIH) left behind are fading significantly quicker than usual. ​Sensitivity: Zero stinging, even when my skin barrier was compromised from over-exfoliating. ​Final Verdict ​If you have oily, combination, or acne-prone skin and you’re tired of heavy creams that clog your pores, this is a must-try. Very lightweight, absorbs easily, no sticky or greasy feel on application. Very hydrating and leaves skin feeling soft. No white casts.

This is such a good face cream. I will definitely be buying again. Seems to soothe mine and help a little with my rosacea

it is the old formula which is richer than the new formula thats got PDRN and tea tree extract, which is fine for winter. I would prefer the new formula tho cuz its light weight gel and great for my oily/combination skin.

My son uses this for his pimples he’s been using this for a while now and his the blemishes are gone!

Questa è davvero una delle migliori creme usate ed essendo un’accanita di skin care assicuro di averne provate davvero centinaia E’ una crema gel abbastanza leggera e molto fresca ma a differenza di tante creme con questa consistenza non mi si deposita sul viso lasciandomi una patina fastidiosa, non idratando effettivamente, si asciuga subito lasciando la pelle luminosa effetto glass skin ma allo stesso tempo migliorata, levigata, perfezionata, i pori minimizzati e comunque profondamente idratata. Io la utilizzo indipendentemente sia di giorno che di sera cambiando solo il siero che metto al di sotto. Non spallina con nulla neanche con le varie protezioni solari che uso, ottima base per il trucco. Non ha profumazione quindi ottima anche per le pelli sensibili e anche l’inci è ottimo buoni ingredienti che fanno bene alla pelle Questa è una delle poche creme che sono riuscita a finire

I’m so happy i discovered this cream cause it’s the best cream ever. My skin never felt so soft and smooth in my entier life. The texture is exactly what I was looking for, not too liquide but not too thick. I have a sensitive skin prone to rosacea. It doesn’t provoke me any weird reaction and my skin looks like a jelly cause the hydration it provides is excellent. It doesn’t have any scent so it’s perfect for sensitive skin. I ordered it twice already.
