It is very easy to clean, but for sure a non-pressurized filter basket would be much better

I was having issues with the original filter basket causing blockages and the whole machine backing up and aborting the coffee making process, sometimes only barely dripping out. This was caused by the original filter's rubber lining being so old (4 years) and worn out that it wasn't stopping small grains of ground coffee from slipping through and blocking the tiny outlet hold at the bottom of the basket under the filter/strainer part. Finding a tiny grain of ground coffee plugging the hole and causing the whole system to stop was disheartening, and after removing it and trying again, i'd be lucky for maybe one successful coffee, around 75% chance to block up again. It makes a big mess each time too, with the back-log of water and ground coffee going everywhere. BUT! This new filter basket arrived and immediately everything works great again! No issues!
