I like this NAD+ anti-aging supplement because it is a typical 500 mg dosage, but I only need to take one capsule. I have taken many different types of NAD+ anti-aging supplements, and this one seems to provide the same level of energy that I have had from others. This one doesn't have much else to it like others may offer other added supplements. But this gives you what you need and at a decent price. This is one that I will consider taking in the future.

We use NAD+ from various brands and I have to say, they all seem to be same. We take them daily for the proposed health benefits, notably the supposition NAD can reduce the risk of basal and squamous cells from developing. Can't say if this works for sure but see no reason to not try it after seeing reviewers on other brands quoting their derms regarding the use. We always choose liposomal as that is the preferred for effectiveness according to doctors quoted in online articles. Not sure if this is the result but spot on hubby's leg that looked like the start of a squamous spot (or actinic keratoses perhaps) started flaking and isn't as pink as it was. He has had a squamous cell removed before so we are a little familiar with the appearance. Is this other spot starting to repair itself? NAD+ is supposed to repair DNA, so it can repair damaged cells. I cannot say and we have not had our derm appt yet to verify the spot is even a precancer yet. But, we are watching it and he went ahead and took a photo of its current condition. We didn't take a photo of it before since we didn't even think about it. But what I can say is my husband has had actinic keratoses around his hairline diagnosed by the derm in the past so if she says she no longer sees them, well that will be a confirmation to me these types of pills actually work.
