I was shocked my son likes these. He really struggles with being a picky eater and vitamins are hard to find. He does like the orange flavor even though at first be said it was tart. It seems to give him a little more balance in terms of disposition and I think it’s because he’s getting nutrients he’s missing from food. He is just about to turn 11 but the teen vitamins seem to be what I need to give him for growth and development. They did kind of come congealed together and I had to pull them apart and out the back in the jar. Slightly sticky but they are working so I don’t mind.

I originally rated these as 1 star because of the smell and taste. While that still isn’t great, the benefits FAR outweigh that. Even my teenage son said so. He sleeps better, and dreams less. I don’t have to fight him to take them or constantly remind him because he knows they work. I only wish they tasted better…but we will still continue to buy!

They are naturally sweet enough that my teen says “too sweet” but was willing to take them. What stops them from being taken is that they are so melted together they have to fight to get the vitamins out. They kind of gave up before we even saw the benefits. It wasn’t a summertime order, which would have caused understandable stickiness
