if done quickly but u would still feel the pain might as well place an ice bag when numb do a stitch replace the ice and keep going that nubs it best unless u can get lido with procain 5o 5o works best but can be expensive

I don't think so. I think it is much better for pain that is associated with itching or if you were going to get waxed or a tattoo. It doesn't seem to be helpful with muscle or joint pain.

Well, what can you say about a product like this except the obvious. Does it work or not. Yes.....it works. Hemorrhoids are not a pleasant experience but unfortunately are a reality for many of us. This cream does help relieve some of the rottenness of having to deal with these little buggers. I would recommend giving this cream a try and I am sorry that you need this kind of product, but believe me, I do feel your pain.

So I bought this because I had a small skin tag I wanted to cut off in my bra line. I didn’t want to have to go to the dermatologist to get it removed so I figured I could do it myself. I bought this to numb the area, I waited about 15 minutes I did put clear wrap to make sure it didn’t get on my clothes. After 15 minutes it was numb and snip snip! The product did not burn. I felt the money for the amount is product is very reasonable. Definitely saved me hundreds of dollars
