One month in and it works great.

Do not buy this unless you want to babysit. It makes the globes and drops them in the plastic container and they instantly start to melt. You have to take them out asap or you have to restart the process. Great idea, but doesn't work.

Ice maker looks and works great but shipping was super slow. I ordered December 27 and did not get it till January 15.

We bought this machine in April had it for less than two months, 1/4 of the ice balls would melt if you didn't stay on top of taking them out and putting in your freezer but we still liked it until it broke! of course outside the return deadline. After a month of back and forth we now get to pay to have it shipped to Fridgidaire for a refund! so angry! should've just bought in a big box store (walmart) and the. would've gotten a full refund!!!!

We’ve had this in our office for a while now. It’s easily the star of the office. Anyone first sees it is always super impressed with the kind of ice it makes. I have my own icemaker at home. This is easily way superior and worth every single dollar. It hardly needs any cleaning. And it has cleaning for itself. It produces plenty of ice and the large chunks are great. They keep your drink actually cold without melting too much. I’m definitely gonna buy one for my own house. If you’re considering this, you won’t realize how much you love it until you have it. Don’t hesitate!

It doesn't exactly make "large spheres" they are round, but they are closer to the size of a normal ice cube from a tray. I am going to keep it for the man cave, but I will continue to use the large molds for my whiskey rocks.

Product is not the best quality! Feels cheap! I wish i could return it but i live in other country and i had to use a frigth forwarder. Dont buying again anything from that brand !
