Was perfect for my noodle and veggin soup
I'm not a vegetarian, but I've been reducing meat and meat products in my diet the past year. It's substitutes like these that make that journey so so much easier. When I first opened the carton, I took a swig and was pleasantly surprised. The mushroom aftertaste is light but noticeable. I used it any a rice noodle soup I made with veggies and Asian ingredients, and I made a tomato-based veggie soup with the rest. It complimented and enhanced the umami of both dishes and didn't overpower it. Plus, I'm gluten-intolerant. Some veggie and meat broths still contain wheat. It being gluten-free is great appreciated, and it's low in calories, sugar, and sodium. I highly recommend this product, and look forward to cooking with it more in the future.

Product fine, shipping process needs help
Product is good. Shipping has recently gone very down hill. The last two shipments received have had multiple crushed. This last one had one container opened and leaked all over everything else in the box

Better Than Convenient Broth - BY FAR!
First off, this doesn't taste like mushrooms to either myself or my husband (and I have a crazy level of sensitivity to smells and tastes). What is DOES do is flavor a meat in the crockpot or roaster with amazing flavor! It brings out the savory taste details that using beef broth for beef for instance, just doesn't do. It's wonderful. I can't find it in stores here in South Carolina, but thank goodness, Amazon has me covered! It helps create the best gravy too. It's a repeat order - you won't be disappointed with this purchase!

Great Flavor!!!
I absolutely love this mushroom broth. I like cooking with it better than beef or chicken. Its just more flavorful. I always keep 2 to 3 in the pantry and its very good in all recipes.

Bad expiration date
It tastes very good but it didn't have a good expiration date. It expires in a month?? The other soups I've gotten has a good expiration date. I'm a little disappointed in the short expiration date.

A tad of this, kitchen bouquet and umami seasoning makes ground chicken taste more like hamburger. AGS friendly
