It’s broke on the first day. Not recommended

The design and idea is excellent. Most parts are made of metal and very sturdy except the phone cradle itself, which is made of plastic material. As one of the reviewers pointed out, it broke once tightened a little bit. It happened to me too the first time I used them. I hope they will improve it in the future. I also want to commend their aftersale service. I reached out to them to ask if they are selling the broken part, did not even ask for a refund since the return window has been lapsed, but they refunded the whole amount. Looking forward to their improved products. I also have one of their car tablet holder and it is much sturdier than my previous one.

Perfect Good quality

The design seems to be good. The clamps are weak that hold the phone. The left side broke when I locked my phone in place. Maybe my fault. I’m trying another today

The plastic clamps broke in after few use

Great item. I bought one for the Fatboy and will be getting another on e to replace the one on the Road King.
