I had a stack consisting of Rhodiola, shilajit and this right here. I definitely had more energy, felt clear headed and was getting a lot done after work but when the mushroom complex ran out, I decided not to restock thinking the other two supplements were driving the results I was seeing but i was wrong. The mushroom complex seem to be the main factor for increased energy and focus as I was doing a lot of reading after work and did not tire out easily but while on the other two, I didn't feel the same energy. Now, I'm going to cut the two others and try this alone to be sure but It's easy to give it 5 star now.

These pills are great to use on a daily, my energy levels, immune system, mood improvement, effectiveness and focus started to show a difference after two weeks. Great value for money. will buy again.

I bought this supplement because I noticed a woman in my gym got way leaner and I asked her what she did and she said mushroom coffee. No way am I drinking mushroom coffee but I figured I could try a capsule. I didn't really have any particular expectations, but I've noticed some surprising positive results. First off, I have a lot of problems with food sensitivities. Ever since I started taking this supplement I can eat things I normally can't eat without puffing up like a frog. Am I leaner, no, I'm not, but I feel really good. If you're on the fence about mushrooms I would recommend you try this. It's cost effective and there's no down side that I can see. I'm going to get some for my mom as well.

It's great, my sibling let me try her mushroom complex and I found it subtly helping out my life in terms of my focus and found myself to have the strength to do more things. So I decided to get some of my own, just remember to hydrate! It's a decent amount, decent size, not sure if it helps the immune system but there is for sure more energy.

Good value for the price, they seem to be helping with energy levels and possibly mood/focus as well. My boyfriend said they make him jittery but they don't for me. Of course they kinda smell weird/ taste pills like this always do.

I was so excited about this because on about the 3rd day I had clarity, energy and a sense of calm like I haven't had in a long time, even under stressors that usually leave me rattled. However I also started to notice a weird sensation of a twitching or fluttering in my right eyeball and then along the right side of my face and down toward my ear. I was so disappointed when the sensation went away after I stopped taking these, but then I saw that it's got black pepper in it and that's one of the food items I have tested that's inflammatory for me. So I have found another product with a similar blend of mushrooms without the pepper and I seem to be doing fine on it. Hoping to continue the good effects I felt at first with this one. This product does seem to be helping to lower my husband's blood pressure a bit though and he has no problems like I did.
