This will relieve sores and aches of muscles! Great for a relaxer and it smells nice
Truly does the trick! I use this in several ways. I love to use this after a long day or when I'm on my period and am sore. It really helps in a nice warm bath. I've used this as an exfoliator in a body scrub and it softness my skin nicely. I highly recommend!

This is by far my favorite bath salt! The magnesium with the arnica helps so much when I’ve got aching muscles. I rock climb and this packs a nice punch on days when I go hard and just want to relax. Great epson salt
