Based on my experience only, I can see and feel an improvement. I signed up for the auto delivery. Not sure about long-term effects, so I'm trying to gather information.

Good pills, easy to swallow and I’ve had no GI upset because of them.

I’ve been taking Bronson’s DHEA 25 mg capsules daily for a few weeks now. It’s a clean, simple supplement—vegetarian, GMO- and gluten-free, and made in a certified facility with solid quality control. The bottle’s size makes it convenient for once-a-day use, and you get 100 capsules without breaking the bank. Honestly, though, I didn’t notice any dramatic changes—maybe a slight uptick in energy, but nothing that leapt out. Considering the research, most benefits are pretty modest and still under debate. This DHEA is a Great Choice for health because it is a precursor to testosterone in both men and women! Yes! Women have testosterone too but just smaller amounts. So, I take DHEA and my husband gets DHEA too. The recommended dose for men is 25mg a day which is one reason I ordered this DHEA. DHEA is produced in the adrenal glands and ovaries. The wild thing is that the body converts DHEA into testosterone and estrogen depending on what is needed. It’s amazing to me that the body can do that! During perimenopause and menopause, estrogen and testosterone decrease, so taking DHEA helps keep our hormones in balance. DHEA can help reduce fatigue, mood swings, and low libido. And since DHEA contributes to developing more estrogen, it is especially important for women because having more estrogen keeps our bones strong!🤩 This DHEA here is an excellent choice because it is a Low Cost compared to most others out there. It is from a more reputable company than most. It is a small pill which matters to people like me that are sensitive to pill size because it’s easy to swallow. I feel good after I take it.
