I have lost count of the number of friends and family I have shared this product with! It helps with my energy, concentration, memory, my nervous system, my nutrition absorption and my hair and nails! I suggested this product a lot to friends who shared since COVID had thinning hair. Great way to get the needed vitamin
Great way to get some B-6 and B-12 folate in your diet. I use daily in water. Great taste

Label falling off
The stuff tastes great and so far I think it’s helping with my morning sickness, but the dose amount on the dropper deteriorated and came off into the supplement which is not good. I’m hoping it’s not a toxic plastic or anything.

A must-have in my cabinet!
I’ve been buying this for years, and will keep buying! I’ve tried other dissolvable B’s, and these by FAR have the best taste. Those days when I’m feeling sluggish and need a quick boost, this is what I go to. Great product and great price.
