I was so impressed I had a sit down for a while
Top quality, heart-wood I would say, with proper joinery. The interleaving rods even have dovetail joints to key them into the cross-bars. The whole thing articulates and seats itself nice and solid without any ironmongery, so nothing to rust. I was so impressed, I bought a second pair.

2 years on and they’ve had it
Advertised as long lasting, so is 2 years long lasting ? They’ve been treated each year but despite that they’re fit for the tip. Wobbly and ready to collapse. Had hoped they would last longer than this

Excellent quality and extremely speedy service
We are extremely happy with the quality of these chairs and they look great on our balcony. I couldn't believe it when the delivery man rang on the door, I was expecting them over a week later. Very happy, thank you!

Would not buy these again
Wood looked good but having applied three coats of preservative and leaving the chairs on the patio they do not look good at all. Also will need to use cushions when sitting on chairs as they incline too much and you seem to be leaning backwards. I purchased these chairs on line, but would not have done so if seeing them up close. Really disappointed.UPDATE 13 March 2021. Have now applied FIVE coats of preservative and chairs have been on patio for a couple of months. Already discoloured and mold growing. I really am dissatisfied with these chairs. Would NEVER EVER buy again.

Good value with reservations
Very nice chairs Solid and no doubt long lasting.Good swift service from the suppliers.Very pleased however having taken into use I find that the rake of the seat and back make you feel as though you are about to slide out of the seat. The arms also feel insecure. I have tightened them up with an Allen Key but the arms still become loose very shortly afterwards. Not as good as on first sight.

Just what we wanted
The chairs came assembled and appear well made. Very solid and nice wood. The arms are a little wobbly whilst being fully screwed together/connected properly and are perfectly useable and not something I am worried about. Very pleased.
