This knife is exactly what I was looking for. Very sharp and useful in my kitchen as I can use it for meat, vegetables and fruits. The shape of the wooden handle is perfect, it doesnt make my hands tired. Shipping was fast. I highly recommend this knife! This will also be great for gifting as it comes in a very elegant box.

I'm giving this knife 5⭐ and 5❤️ because of how sharp and beautiful this knife is for the $40something I spent in it. I've had it for a couple of months now and has maintained it edge ( although a co-worker dropped it and bent the tip🤬) and has proven to be a great knife! I also like the fact that it's a thin knife making it great for slicing tomatoes, onion and cucumber I slice daily. Worth every cent and it looks awesome!

Very pleased with this knife. It has a good strong weight to it, seems very balanced, was impressively sharp and was well packaged for protection and storing. I got one for my husband and one for each of my 3 adult children. A smart purchase! Excellent price for the quality!

My go-to knife used to be the Henckel 8" Professional-S chef's knife for 18 years - until I couldn't sharpen it the full length of the blade anymore. For the price, the Paudin knife is a good value. (And I know I'll be able to sharpen the full length of the blade without adversely affecting the blade contact surface.) The balance is suitable, but the handle is not. Although I have small hands, my preference is for a beefier handle for a sure grip. It's for this reason that I'll continue to search (in-store now so I can hold the knife) for a product that fits in my hand better. But for now, this knife delivers on function and it's a good value!
