Very good for a kid who is in the 8-10 age range. It is large enough to afford sun protection. The back of the neck is also protected. Has an elastic to ensure it doesn't fly away in the wind if you are beach etc. Also has a cute whistle attached. The design looks good and the material is also soft for kids.
