Excellent! On January 6, 2026 my vitamin D levels were 36ng/ml. The “normal range” for today’s US standard is 30ng/ml-100ng/ml. Although if you do your research it was much higher in the 1930’s and 40’s. I started taking this D3/K2 50,000 IU along with 600mg of magnesium glycinate and a B complex every morning, together with a fatty meal or protein shake that contained fat on January 18, 2026. Now I understand 50,000 IUs of D3 daily may seem extreme to most people, including my GP when I told her so she rechecked my D levels. As of today, February 18, 2026 my levels are 185.4 ng/ml. I feel absolutely amazing. My spasticity has decreased (mild congenital spastic cerebral palsy) my mood is lifted, I’ve gained muscle strength, especially in my lower limbs, my pain has significantly reduced, I have more energy, my diaphragm feels stronger making it easier to breathe, and I am sleeping deeply throughout the night. My GP, however, advised to stop taking such high a dose and is doing bloodwork, a CMP and renal to look at calcium and kidney function. I have had no adverse side effects that I’m aware of, but will put this on hold until bloodwork is confirmed normal. From my research though 185.4 ng/ml isn’t life threatening when D3 is taken with the appropriate cofactors such as k2 (MK-7) and magnesium glycinate along with B complex. Update: As of today, February 20, 2026 CBC (complete blood count) CMP (complete metabolic panel) was normal. Calcium and kidney function is normal with the D3 at 185.4 ng/ml. I will continue taking this brand of 50,000 IUs with the k2, but on a weekly dose. I will also continue taking daily these cofactors for better d3 absorption, making sure the calcium goes into my bones and not leach out into my tissues…600mg of magnesium glycinate and B complex both of which are pure encapsulations brand.

Yes they clump together but you just shake the bottle prior to opening each time and they separate easily! My husband couldn't tolerate (g.i. side effects) the prescribed from pharmacy medication because it contains lanolin. These have been amazing for him, his levels are much better, he doesn't have side effects, & they're much easier to invest ♡
