very cool book
I bought this as a gift for my sister. She loves it and seems to always be looking through it for more recipes. She is currently looking for recipes that she can use her salt block with. She has learned some pretty cool things about salt and more specifically what they taste like and why you would use that particular salt with different flavors. Very informative and fun to use!
