I really love this it is so easy to take and does help with my sleeping I have now moved away from medication to help me to sleep to this product

It's a good stack. I took it before bed while having back pain, and it reduced the pain. It works; I would recommend it.

It has a notable benefit on my digestion and any other areas it supports is a bonus for me. This product is ideal as it contains a blend of the different magnesiums. It is a large black pill and may need cutting if you are someone who has swallowing issues, which I luckily dont have. I have been regular without having severe symptoms that one would get if taking Senna for instance. This product seems to just gently aid my digestion. This is one brand I would buy again.
