As they are 1.5 sizes smaller than I ordered, I would need to chop off my toes to try them on.

Sending out a product that is completely the wrong size and therefore not fit purpose should be a finable offence.It would soon stop vendors from sending out products which are useless to the purchaser forcing them to have to return them and wait to have their money back.You have wasted my time and demonstrated a staggering level of incompetence.
