I've now purchased this on 3 different occasions, every time I get a sore throat I start taking it and the sore throat pain disappears after a day of taking it as directed. So easily to take and dissolves easily under the tongue, even tastes good.

Worked fast for a case of mastitis

I had a 104 fever and major symptoms but never went to the hospital/doctor or used ibuprofen/pain or fever medicine.
