I was reluctant at first as it felt expensive, she gave me a strip to try and I have been using it ever since. I struggled with diarrhoea and urgency, diagnosed as Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I very quickly gained relief after taking it with my symptoms reducing significantly. It feels like it calms my guts down. Mostly one capsule a day keeps me settled.
